Do you currently use or plan to use mRNA vaccines?
No, we do not use or plan to use mRNA vaccines, antibiotics or hormones on our cattle. Just good clean beef for y'all to feed your families.
Do you sell larger bundles of beef?
We proudly offer beef by the quarter, half, or whole cow, delivered straight to your doorstep for maximum convenience locally in North TX.
When ordering a quarter, half, or whole cow, you can personalize your beef selection by completing our cut sheet at checkout. Choose the cuts your family loves — from steaks and roasts to ground beef and specialty items.

At Big G’s Cattle Company, we are not USDA-certified organic — but we follow strict organic principles, and in many ways, we go beyond them. Our cattle are 100% grass-fed and grass-finished, with no grain or grain by-products ever introduced. We never use synthetic pesticides, herbicides, or fertilizers, ensuring a truly natural approach from pasture to plate.
